AMESIP IN FIGURES

Since its creation in 1996, the Moroccan Association for Aid to Children in Precarious Situations has worked tirelessly for the benefit of Moroccan children and young people. Amesip's actions aim to support children from an early age, while renewing its approach and methods to best respond to the challenges and issues they face. Thus, 65,030 children and young people have benefited from the actions of AMESIP at the level of its various 13 reception centers and other facilities.

Preschool

Preschool is an important stage in the awakening and formation of a child's personality. To this end, Amesip has set up several preschool units within its day centers to support children from an early age.

Aware that the right to education is inalienable, Amesip works actively to identify children in work situations, in order to gradually reintegrate them into the traditional school circuit, or to guide them towards vocational training.

  • Shem’sy Inbiaat Center: 4,000 children reintegrated.

  • Shems’y Moulay Ismail Center: 3,900 reintegrated children.

  • Culinary Arts School: 200 reintegrated children. Center Shems’y Sidi Moussa: 9,245 reintegrated children.

In order to optimize the chances of success for children in their school career, Amesip offers tutoring courses covering the various subjects of the Moroccan school curriculum, at all levels.

Training

Considered as a springboard for better social integration, Amesip has created several vocational training courses in close collaboration with the competent ministries. These training courses cover several audiences, between modernity and tradition and are focused on human development.
